SLICES

2. Remove over wrap, collar and dividers.
3. Plate desired number of portions.
4. Thaw plated slices in refrigerator about 2 hours.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
6. Return unused portions to original carton or place under dome; refrigerate.

WHOLE CHEESECAKE
1. Remove frozen cheesecake from outer case and inner carton; leave in over wrap.
2. Thaw in refrigerator 10-12 hours or overnight.
3. Remove over wrap, collar and dividers.
4. Plate desired number of portions.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
6. Return unused portions to original carton or place under dome; refrigerate.
