Soy, Wheat, Eggs
1. Remove frozen cake from bag and foam base.
2. Place frozen cake on cutting board or other hard, flat surface.
3. Using a serrated knife, slice cake into desired serving sizes (12 servings suggested). Slice cake with a sawing motion and do not press down with the knife.
4. Thaw covered cake in refrigerator for 2 ½ to 3 hours or overnight.
For quick thaw, plate servings and thaw covered in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
