  1. Can I make pettit fours using pound cake? Do I need to keep the pound cake frozen while dipping, and can Pettit fours be made ahead, then freeze. If so for how long?

  2. Hi Sandra, you can absolutely make Petit Fours with Sara Lee Pound Cake. The pound cake can be room temperature or cold while dipping in the frosting or drizzling the frosting over the pound cake. These can also be made and kept a few days prior to serving. There are lots of great blog posts from people who’ve used Sara Lee Pound Cake to make Petit Fours. For example, here’s a fun one: http://ohmysugarhigh.com/quick-and-easy-no-bake-pound-cake-petit-fours. Hope this helps!
