  1. Your product boxes doesn’t say if i should thaw it in the refrigerator or if i should’nt. I think you guys should tell us on the boxes if we should or shouldn’t. But besides that, your productgs are very delicious.

  2. Marchelle, thank you for your comment and for sharing your strawberry cheesecake love. The Sara Lee® strawberry cheesecake product packaging offers thawing instructions next to the serving directions. We have included these directions below for easy reference. For future product comments or questions, please feel free to contact our consumer affairs team by calling 1-800-323-7117.

    Thaw:
Slices or whole cake on plate(s), covered in refrigerator: 5 hours
Microwave thawing is not recommended for Sara Lee® strawberry cheesecake

  3. The Serving Directions tell me how to remove it from the pan, how to cut slices while frozen and to “thaw as directed”. There is Quick Thaw directions for 1 or 2 slices….but no info for the thawing time for the whole strawberry cheesecake. I see from an above response that the answer is….5 hours in the refrigerator. It must be an over-site on the box.

  4. Lynne is correct – the instructions tell you all about 1 or 2 pieces but nothing in regards to the entire cake and how to thaw it after it has been frozen. You might want to look at the product packaging as this is a very important oversite – I think we (as consumers) could forgo one of the images (or even instructions on how to microwave 2 slices) to allow space for this one important sentence. Thank you
