Your cheesecake transforms into a cheesecake fruit tart with the quick addition of preserves. You can use several of your favorite flavors, if desired, to create a pattern.
- 1 package Sara Lee® Original Cream Classic Cheesecake thawed
- 1/2 cup your favorite preserves (such as black raspberry, strawberry, red raspberry, currant, or lemon curd)
- whipped topping
- Place cheesecake on a work surface.
- Using a long spatula, spread an event layer of preserves across the top of cheesecake. Decorate with whipped cream.
