Coconut Layer Cake

Our double-layer coconut cake is made with real whipped cream and topped with a coconut butter cream frosting and real shredded coconut.

Ingredients:

Water, sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut, palm kernel, soybean and/or cottonseed oils), high fructose corn syrup, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), eggs, vegetable oil (soybean and/or cottonseed oils), corn syrup, whey protein concentrate, coconut, cream. Contains 2% or less of each of the following: maltodextrin, skim milk, milk protein concentrate, corn starch, leavening (corn starch, sodium aluminum phosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), mono- and diglycerides, vanillin (artificial flavor), propylene glycol ester, salt, lactose (milk), polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, xanthan gum, natural flavor, polysorbate 60, carob bean gum, guar gum, cellulose gum, soy lecithin, sodium citrate, disodium phosphate, colored with (beta carotene, yellow 5, annatto and turmeric extracts), soy flour.
