Ingredients:

Sugar, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), carrots, whole eggs, vegetable oil (soybean and/or cottonseed oils), whey, cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, carob bean gum, guar gum), walnuts, crushed pineapple (pineapple, unsweetened pineapple juice, ascorbic acid), partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (soybean and cottonseed oil). Contains 2% or less of each of the following: modified corn starch, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, mono- and diglycerides (from vegetable sources), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate, calcium sulfate), cocoa (processed with alkali), pecans, vanillin (artificial flavor), corn starch, soy flour.
